Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from WonderWonder. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. If approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns:

To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Because some of our products are fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners, the return address may be different from the address shown on your package. We will provide return instructions after your request has been approved.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.

Cancellations:

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.

Refunds:

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Lost or missing packages:

If tracking shows that your package has not arrived or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
